Mr. Castillo shares a passion for helping families and students who are challenged through life obstacles. Growing up in a single parent household and raised in a low income community, Mr. Castillo knows how difficult it is to overcome hunger and financial hardship. Through Unidos Por La Musica, Mr. Castillo wants to help his community by providing vital resources that will assist them to achieve their dreams, but most importantly help them build a better community for all. Mr. Castillo is a successful investor and entrepreneur of the past 10 years.
Oscar Ayon Puga

Mr. Ayon Puga is dedicated to ensuring that our community’s disadvantaged individuals and families have greater access to quality programs and services that will enhance their lives and shape their futures. Oskar Ayon-Puga shares a passion for music and believes that giving back to others is very important in life. His experience includes, working in a management capacity at Entravision Communications and The Sixth House/T6H Peer Music Inc. He has collaborated with international music artists such as Gloria Trevi, Anahi and Christian Chavez among others. Mr. Ayon-Puga earned his Master of Business Administration at University of Phoenix and obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing at California State University Los Angeles.
Rita Garcia

Ms. Rita Garcia believes in contributing to projects, which provide value to others. She is dedicated to participating in programs, which provide guidance to individuals and families of our surrounding communities. Through participation in life-enhancing programs and activities, such as Unidos Por La Musica Ms. Garcia will aid in helping others take control of their lives to envision productive futures that help them reach their goals. Ms. Garcia’s professional background experience includes working for FedEx a Fortune 100 Company and twenty-four years of business administration experience. Ms. Garcia has served as board member for local communities youth organizations. Ms. Garcia earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at University of Phoenix.

As a president of Light Concepts Public Relations Inc., Mr. Alberto Gomez twenty years of knowledgeable experience qualifies him to be our Public Relations Director at Unidos Por La Musica. His experience is a vital key element to our mission and vision statment. Mr. Gomez has collaborated and developed public figure concepts for international artists: Paulina Rubio, Gloria Trevi, Gabi Spanic, and Edith Marquez. In addition he has collaborated with Peruanitos Foundation.
